Seriously, the cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Trash from previous guests lingered in the room, and our towels were scant. Plus, card keys failed us nightly—such inconveniences can easily ruin a stay!!!

family gathering, and we enjoyed the friendly staff. The breakfast options were plentiful, but the elevator was slow during peak hours. A nice touch was the clean and quiet room, but we felt a bit cramped with our luggage.

Good coffee options in the lobby.
During our stay, we faced several issues. We couldn’t get new towels and were told they were out of stock. Additionally, the carpet in our room was dirty, which made the experience even more unpleasant. To top it off, the breakfast area ran out of food, leaving us with a poor start to the day.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was decent. It had a nice clean smell and a good vibe overall. The housekeeping did a solid job of keeping things neat. They also had luggage push carts available, which made moving our bags around easier. But, I did notice the bathroom could've used better safety features, like more handrails. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, just a few tweaks needed.
